We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a part for any reason within 30 days of delivery, we will make it right.
Eligible Returns
- Parts returned within 30 days of delivery
- Parts that failed within the 90-day warranty period
- Parts that do not fit your VIN-verified vehicle
- Parts received in a damaged or incorrect condition
Condition Requirements
For non-warranty returns, parts must be in the same condition as received — not physically damaged, cut, welded, or otherwise modified. Installed parts are eligible for return only under warranty claims.
How to Return a Part
- Call (888) 374-9070 or email us to start your return
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label (for warranty claims)
- Ship the part back using the label we provide
- Refund issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
⚠ Do not return parts without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
