Condition Requirements

For non-warranty returns, parts must be in the same condition as received — not physically damaged, cut, welded, or otherwise modified. Installed parts are eligible for return only under warranty claims.

How to Return a Part

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label (for warranty claims)
  4. Ship the part back using the label we provide
  5. Refund issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
